Shenay Bridges, Ph.D.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist

I specialize in individual, couples as well as group therapy. I have experience with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma (including PTSD), sexual/domestic assault as well as identity and various types of relationship concerns. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients and I am ready for the dynamic interactions that result from clients with unique perspectives.

One strength that I have as a clinician is the ability to put people at ease by providing a safe and non-judgmental space. I connect with my clients by being very relatable and helping to guide them each step of the way to achieve the life they envision for themselves.
